Cyberpunk 2077 Is Delayed Again

Those of us that were excited to explore Night City will have to wait just a bit longer. Cyberpunk 2077 is unfortunately delayed again. It was originally delayed from April to September 17th. Now it’s delayed until November 19th, 2020. This could line up with the release of the Xbox Series X, so it could very well be a day one title. Either way, it’ll be taking advantage of Smart Delivery, so if you buy it once, you’ll get it on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X.

According to the statement put out by CD Projekt Red, the reason for the delay is for balancing the game and fixing the bugs. The full statement can be read below.

There will still be doing their Night City Wire presentation 7 days from now on the 25th of June. We should hopefully get to see the final gameplay in some capacity.

Stay tuned to Generation Xbox for coverage on the presentation and much more in the world of Xbox. Also make sure to check out our weekly podcast where we discuss the biggest stories of the week. You can still pre-order the game as well from the Xbox store.
