Bully 2 was Canceled Again, an Insider Claims

Usually, Rockstar likes to take their time while developing various projects. So they can make sure it’s 100% ready to be shown to the community. Bully is one of their OG games that had its share of love and appreciation between Rockstar Fans.

Bully received vast responses from Rockstar fans. Reportedly, Rockstar Games wanted to make a sequel to Bully in 2009. The project was scrapped, but they tried again in 2013. In 2017 Rockstar canceled the project again to shift focus to Red Dead Redemption 2 and Grand Theft Auto 6.

My guess is it was still in pre-production back in 2015, so development probably didn’t kick off until 2016 or 2017, but shortly after that, the pace slowed down due to RDR2 increased focus and Bully 2. The latter was canned in 2017, so I presume they did that to focus on GTAVI.

Bully could be Rockstar’s next ambitious project after Grand Theft Auto 6. It has a lot of probabilities and much of content to serve for the fanbase, Even though Rockstar appears to be settling with the compelling narrative games as it appears in Red Dead Redemption 2. The fanbase is really excited to see what Rockstar plans to do with their next Bully. What do you think? Let us know in our Forums.
